2011 : Private Residence
Consulting Project: I worked with a couple to design and draft their dream renovation of a semi-detached brick home in Riverdale, Toronto. Completed Working drawings submitted for permit approval and consulted on the construction process throughout the duration of the project. -
2011 : West Toronto Rail Path Project
Project completed in 4th Year Small Building Design Studio, a look at architectural interventions along the West Toronto Rail Path. This project was divided into two parts; a unifying railing conceptual design and a new GO station connected to the TTC subway system at Dundas West station. -
2010 : RRCL Sustainable Renovation
I worked along side Dr. Russell Richman on a sustainable renovation of a century home in Toronto, Ontario. The goal is to renovate with practicality and affordability in mind. The hope is that the house will offer low energy use and a healthy environment for the occupants. -
2010 : Cultura Tower
It is time for a new wave of thinking when it comes to condominium design. Smarter, more efficient and more prosperous designs will pave the way for the future of development. By making small shifts in the way that condominiums are thought of the market can be revamped and rejuvenated as a sustainable network of urban living for the urban lifestyles around the world. -
2010 : Simpson Residence Deck Design
This Western Cedar deck was completed in the summer of 2010. This 600 sq-ft deck includes a pergola, poolside bench, planter boxes and easy access to the pool. The lower deck provides a private sitting area while the upper deck provides a nice view of the backyard. -
2009 : Ghana Kindergarten School Design-Build
In 2009, some thirty students and alumni from five Ryerson University departments (Architecture, Film Studies, Early Childhood Education, Fashion Design, Interior Design) along with several faculty and friends travelled to west Africa to undertake a design/build project in collaboration with the chief, elders, and villagers of Kpedze-Todze and with the assistance of Spatial Dimension, an Accra-based project management firm. The goal was to realize not just a new kindergarten building, but a model kindergarten complex, one that would set a new and higher standard for the design of school facilities in Ghana as a whole. -
2009 : RU:GREEN Competition Entry - 1st Place Team
The Green Heart in a project that was completed for the RU:GREEN Competition at Ryerson University. My role in the team was Project Manager though not limited to that I worked on the design, research, drawings and rendering.
